Whole Home Custom Cabinetry
Every room, drawn together and built in our Erin shop.
Some clients come to us for a kitchen.
Others bring us the whole house.
Building a new home, or taking an old one back to the studs? Bring us in early. It's easier to plan the cabinetry around the house than the other way round.
- Every room drawn in 3D
- Built by hand in Erin
- Installed in stages or all at once
One House, Room by Room
A Toronto home designed and built by Basis Design Build.
Every room is rift-cut white oak in the same custom stain.
Kitchen
Full-height cabinets run along one wall, hiding the fridge. The island holds the sink.
Dining
A full-length pantry faces a framed art niche, with a stone-topped sideboard below it.
Primary bedroom
Open shelves, the TV and a framed panel for the painting, all built into one oak wall.
Primary bath
Oak panelling wraps both vanities, carrying up the walls and over the top of each mirror.
Closets
A long run of glass-front wardrobes, lit from inside, with shoe storage below the rails.
Library
A full wall of shelving around a framed art panel, plus a built-in desk by the window.
Lower level
A media wall with open shelving on both sides, and the bar at the far end of the room.
One Oak, Every Room
Same rift-cut white oak, same stain. Cropped from five rooms of the house above.

A Second House, Seven Finishes
A Toronto home built by Caledon Build and designed by Shaunn Lipsey + Co.
This brief went the other way: a different finish in almost every room.

Real oak in one house, decorative panels and paint in the other. We build in whatever the design calls for.
