The Yorkville Condo
Five rooms of cabinetry in one downtown unit
Smith & Clarke Interiors brought us a full-condo package: kitchen, bathroom, a living room wall unit, bedroom wardrobe and desk, and a laundry shelving unit. Their client was settling in for the long term and wanted the place to feel sleek, durable, and grown-up. Smith & Clarke specified Egger Natural Kendal Oak throughout, Caesarstone Calacatta Stillstorm on the counters, and Lambeth pulls — brass through the living areas, chrome in the bathroom. We built the kitchen with no hardware at all, touch-latch on every door and drawer.

Smith & Clarke Interiors led the design on this condo from concept through finish selection. They specified every material in the unit and set the direction that kept five rooms reading as one home. We worked with them directly from shop drawings to install.

We built and installed every cabinet in the unit, from the kitchen and bathroom through to the bedroom and laundry. Working to Smith & Clarke's drawings, we built to the specified materials and hardware, then delivered and installed with our own team.
