The Fox process

Consultation & Quote
Tell us what you're working on — a full kitchen, a single built-in, or something you're not sure how to describe yet. We'll put together a detailed, line-by-line quote so you know exactly what you're paying for before anything moves forward.

Deposit & Site Visit
Once you approve the quote, we collect a 50% deposit and visit the site ourselves to take precise measurements. Any issues with the space get flagged and resolved before we start designing — not after.

Design & Approval
We will produce full 3D drawings of your project for your sign-off. You'll see exactly how it will look before we build a single piece. Nothing moves to the shop until you're happy with every detail.

Manufacturing
Every cabinet is built by hand in our Erin, Ontario shop. No assembly-line shortcuts, no cut corners. Skilled hands, high standards, and the same attention to detail on every project regardless of size.

Installation
Chris, our dedicated installer, handles the full installation from start to finish. Fit, finish, and function are all checked before we consider the job done. We don't leave until it's right.

We've been building in Erin, Ontario since 2008 and we stand behind every project we've ever done. If something needs attention after installation, we'll be there — no runaround, no excuses.
