The Sage Estate | Integrated Bar & Pantry
This project defines the 2026 “Quiet Luxury” movement in Wellington County. We designed a massive, seamless storage wall in a custom muted sage finish, featuring an integrated wet bar and coffee station at its center. By using flat-panel cabinetry and minimalist matte-black hardware, we turned a high-capacity utility zone into an architectural feature. The station includes a dedicated prep sink, open shelving for glassware, and proximity to the social island, making it the perfect “Social Hub” for entertaining. This design honors the home’s exposed timber beams and natural light while providing the organized, high-end functionality required for modern estate living.
